Founded in January 2006 by Luca Failla and Francesco Rotondi, in the space of just a few years LABLAW, with offices in Milan, Padua, Pescara, Genoa, Naples, Bari and Rome, has become one of the most important Italian law firms specialising in employment law. This is demonstrated by the numerous awards and recognitions it has obtained in recent years: Labour Law Firm of the Year 2009, 2010 and 2011 (Top Legal), Firm of the Year (The Lawyer), Labour Relations Firm of the Year 2015 (Labour Award by LegalCommunity), Excellence in Labour Law 2016 (Le Fonti Awards).
Led by founders Luca Failla and Francesco Rotondi, today LABLAW is the largest Italian employment law firm. Following the recent partnership with Studio Marazza & Associati in Rome, it now has approximately 80 lawyers, 18 of whom are partners distributed across 7 offices in Italy.
In 2011 Lablaw also consolidated its reputation at international level by establishing, together with five of the most important law firms in the world specialising in labour law, the Global Employment and Labor Law Alliance (https://leglobal. org/), an international alliance of more than 30 firms and over 1500 lawyers specialising in employment law, including leading international employment law firms such as Jackson Lewis (USA), FIlion Wakely (Canada), Tozzini Freire (Brazil), Induslaw (India), Flichy Grangè (France), Clyde & Co (UK), Pusch Walig (Germany) Harmers (Australia) Zhong Lun (China) among many others.
