Commitment to gender equality
With a view to further developing the concept of sustainability, we at the Swiss Chamber aim to act as a driving force and promote social responsibility not only within our own organisation but also within our ecosystem and amongst the companies in our membership network.
To this end, we have embarked on a positive initiative aimed at streamlining our current organisational practices and further improving our gender policies.
We uphold the principle of equality and inclusion amongst all individuals and reject any discrimination on the grounds of age, gender, health status, race, nationality, political views and religious beliefs of our employees and collaborators, and we take all possible measures to safeguard their physical and mental wellbeing to the greatest extent possible.
