The increasing focus on environmental, social and governance aspects of doing business requires companies to define what role to give to sustainability (in their business model and) in their external communication processes.
We talked about the trends, challenges and opportunities related to the use of the sustainability report as a strategic communication tool on 3 April during the event ‘Sustainability Report: between accountability and reputation management’.
The event was organised in collaboration with IULM University and featured speeches by Stefania Romenti, Professor of Business Management and Strategic Communication, and Federica Ricceri, Associate Professor of Business Economics, as well as some testimonials from companies in our network.
