Corso formativo rivolto a Commercialisti ed Avvocati finalizzato all’iscrizione nella Lista degli Arbitrati CCSI nominabili direttamente dalle parti, dagli Arbitri e dalla Commisione Arbitrale CCSI.

Il corso si prefigge l’obiettivo di presentare la procedura arbitrale della Camera di Commercio Svizzera in Italia con annessa applicazione pratica tramite casi concreti a cui i partecipanti sono chiamati ad interagire sotto la direzione di professionisti esperti nella materia arbitrale. Verranno, altresi’, presentati interessanti focus sulla materia arbitrale applicata al lavoro, allo sport, alla società, ai paesi emergenti.
