On 14 September, Swiss Chamber invites its community to the event “Promoting well-being in the company. The social dimension of sustainability” in collaboration with Europa Donna Italia, an association that protects women’s rights for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The focus on ESG criteria<\/strong> sees an increasingly active role for companies in participating in the well-being of their employees<\/strong>. In this context, corporate welfare<\/strong> is the tool through which to promote wellbeing in the company and at the same time represents a competitive advantage for companies that use it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corporate Welfare – Themes of the event<\/strong>
During the event we will take an in-depth look at the state of welfare in Italian companies, the benefits for the company and workers and the activities that can be implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the keynote speech by Adecco Italia<\/strong>, we will learn more about the reality and activities of Europa Donna Italia<\/strong>, which has been working for years with companies that want to affirm their social commitment and create value for their employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The projects that Europa Donna Italia carries out with companies aim to raise awareness on prevention and health education<\/strong>, helping companies to develop their role as game changers<\/em> in spreading the culture of prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
